Acting time again for Samantha Fox as she reveals via Facebook she is filming today in London her part for the Israeli sitcom "Erets Nehederet" ("A Wonderful Land"), see below picture of the script posted by Sam.

No details yet on release date of her episode, they will be published as soon ad they are available.
UPDATE: The sitcom is called "Sachkan Zar" ("Foreign Player"), written by the same authors of "Erets Nehederet". Thanks to Liya Ladizinsky for the news.

Samantha Fox on the big screen: "The Beautiful Outsiders"

Foxy fans know about this movie as Samantha herself mentioned it in several occasions on the "21st Century Fox" fanzine of the past years.

"The Beautiful Outsiders" tells the story of Jason Starkweather and Sarah Fugate, a young couple who, in the style of classic films such as "Bonnie and Clyde" and "Badlands", go on the run, fleeing the authorities while rekindling their love for one another.

Filmed in South Wales, Samantha Fox plays the role of Barbara and also provided the title theme for the soundtrack. Since the movie didn't get a release because of production problems and cast changes (according to the IMDB site it's still in pre-preduction), the song "Cause An Effect" was included in Sam's latest studio album "Angel With An Attitude" dated 2005.

Directed by Andrew Jones, the cast is also starring Bruno Iannone, Brad Dourif, Jeff Anderson, Cameron Douglas, Doug Bradley.

While "Seven Cases" filming continues, let's take a look at yet another movie Samantha Fox did in her carreer.

After Bollywood's "Rock Dancer" she starred as Gwen in the British film "It's Been Real", written and directed by Steve Varnon, which also starred John Altman.

Sam even provided a song for the soundtrack, but since the movie did not get distribution and it's still unreleased in cinemas and DVD, the title of the track remains unknow.

The only footage available for this movie was uploaded on YouTube in 2007 and you can see it below.

By answering a fan question on Twitter, Sam just confirmed that the much anticipated "Fox Box" is still in progress and it's currently taking more time than expected.

This major project is being produced by Samantha Fox herself together with Cherry Red Records (which already released the great deluxe edition of the first 4 albums).

The tentative release date for this box set with rare and unreleased tracks and a DVD of music videos is now 2014.

Step back in time: "Samantha Fox" album released today in 1987

On 1st August 1987 the "Samantha Fox" album was released in the UK. 

Anticipated by the singles "Nothing's Gonna Stop Me Now" and "I Surrender (To The Spirit Of The Night)", the follow-up to the massive "Touch Me" LP featured collaborations with Full Force and Stock-Aitken-Waterman.

This self-titled work reached #22 in the UK Album Sales and remained in the chart for 6 weeks.

Highest ranking was in Norway and Switzerland at #3.

In 2009 the US record label Wounded Bird re-released the album with 6 bonus tracks, while in 2012 Cherry Pop repackaged it on a stunning 2CD box set format including a total of 30 tracks, newly designed CD graphics and a booklet with notes written for each song by Samantha herself.
